1) Tyrefix – Returns Policy
Fitted Tyres:
In instances where we supply and fit a tyre, they are considered used at the point they are fitted to the machine and as such can’t be returned.
All tyres should be inspected prior to fitment and if the customer is unhappy with the product the fitter must be made aware prior to fitment.
Direct Tyre Sales:
If customers are not happy with the product received, they may be returned up to 30 days after the date of delivery.
To qualify for a refund customers must fill out the returns form online (www.tyrefixuk.com/returns) and the goods must be delivered back to the Tyrefix depot that supplied the tyres at the customer’s own cost.
(2) Tyrefix – Fitting Policy
Tyrefix employ over 100 fitters nationally across 21 depots, all fitters are directly employed by Tyrefix and specialise in Plant and Agricultural machinery. Our national network of fitters ensure your tyres will be fit as quickly as possible and in a safe and compliant manner.
At Tyrefix we believe tyres should be fit by highly experienced professionals and as such will always add a fitment fee onto the cost of the job, please contact Tyrefix on 01530 244 444 should you wish to receive your tyres on a supply only basis.
Fitment charges are based on the size of the tyre and urgency required. We offer an urgent service where assuming we are fitting a stocked tyre, we guarantee to be at your machine within 4 hours or a non-urgent service where we will attend your machine by the close of business following working day.
Please see a guide of tyre fitment charges below, some exceptions to rim size will apply based on weight:

When a Tyrefix fitter conducts work on your machine, they will complete an electronic job-card showing the work that has been carried out and an invoice showing the total cost, this will be emailed to your email address within 24 hours of the job being completed.
